Through Lavelle-Inc Consultants, he has successfully optimized operations across dozens of medical and industrial facilities.

With over 40 years of expertise in sales leadership and high-performance sales organization development, Paul was a pioneer in developing premier training frameworks like the Sandvik Sellavision course. Based in Kansas City, Missouri, he is an independent management professional specializing in sales execution and selection training.

Joseph provides solutions-oriented IT and technical infrastructure consulting. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, he specializes in securing network infrastructures, optimizing telecommunications, and empowering modern businesses and entrepreneurs to navigate complex digital environments.

Outside of his consulting work, Joseph is the founder and artist behind Petry Fine Art, where he merges technical precision with creative expression. Driven by a belief in the healing and tranquil power of art, his self-taught journey explores the interplay of light, shadow, and texture through detailed pen-and-ink pointillism, fine art photography, and tactile monochrome compositions.
