
John Petry
John has broad experience as an International Executive having lived and worked throughout the globe. He specializes in leading organizations through significant change. He has served in several interim leadership roles and currently serves as a director on several company boards.
John started his career after graduating from Penn State University as a salesman in the steel industry. John steadily proceeded his way up the corporate ladder showing his solid understanding of steel manufacturing and outstanding leadership skills. He retired after serving 30+ years with Sandvik AB.

Sue Petry
Sue has a Master of Education in Human Development from Penn State University. Her specialty is creating unique experiences for our clientele.
Sue is a wonderful mother of two wonderful children. Her two grandsons and granddaughter keep her on her toes and busy. In her free time, she volunteers at her church doing the bookkeeping.

Bill Lavelle
Bill has successfully led teams that developed and implemented plans to consolidate Sandvik’s global bandsaw & hole saw manufacturing into a “purpose-built state-of-the-art” production unit in the Sheffield England area.
He was one of the original pioneers who proposed, developed, and implemented a standardized global Sandvik Leadership & Management training program. While serving on Sandvik’s Leadership & Management training program Bill acted as a Senior Facilitator.
Some of Bill’s recent achievements while serving at Lavelle-Inc Consultants include:
- Established management systems & optimized operations of 22 East Coast Ultrasound Vascular labs
- Negotiated sales of Phoenix Cardiovascular, Inc. to Navix Corp.

Paul Ingham
Paul has over 40 years of Sales and Sales Management. He also has over 35 years of experience in developing High-Performance Sales Organizations.
Paul was one of the leading Sales Reps with Sandvik becoming a key member of the team being asked to help develop the Sandvik Sellavision Course. This course took the “best practices” of the best Sales Reps within the Sandvik Coromant organization combining these practices into videos and course material to teach other salespeople how to recognize sales opportunities, handle object objections and close the sale.
Paul has an impressive record in Sales, Management and Selection, and Interview Training.
Paul is an Independent Management Consulting Professional living in the greater Raleigh, North Carolina area.

Joseph Petry
Joseph’s solutions-oriented IT approach to implementing cost-effective, high-performance technical solutions to meet today’s challenging business requirements has been a great asset to our team. While he specializes in the installation and repair of computer and telecommunications equipment, it’s his solid knowledge of the inner workings of desktop and laptop computers, servers, and network infrastructures that makes him a valuable asset. He also has a passion to help entrepreneurs with the ever-changing internet technology ultimately helping them succeed in today’s ever-challenging world.
Joseph started his career after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh, shortly thereafter he started his own technology consulting business. Some of his first clients were helping elders navigate the troubling world of computers.
